Positive: Great atmosphere and clean.
Negative: The Bell Hop Trollies were disgustingly dirty, every single one. Cleaning staff needs to give the trollies attention regularly to ensure cleanliness. It gives a bad impression, even though I was satisfied with the hotel room etc. Also, even though our room got cleaned one day, they didn’t ensure body soap bottle was replaced. In addition, we used both glasses for drinking and they were not replaced with clean ones and beds were not made up.
Summary: Enjoyed over all, but would like to see my complaints addressed for my next stay throughout Marriott’s across the countr
